Open Door are now looking to recruit for the new role of Drop-in Manager to be responsible with the Director for the day-to-day management of the drop-in and the volunteer team. This is an exciting role with great potential to make a difference in the lives of the Open Door guests. There is opportunity for creativity and trying new things. Further areas of responsibility will include team training, office management, donations management, activities and events.
We are looking for someone with a passion for supporting vulnerable people and with proven leadership or management experience. There is an occupational requirement, under the Equality Act 2010 Schedule 9, for this post to be held by a committed Christian and the post is subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
